Please join the monthly EDIA drop-in sessions hosted by Ayush Kumar, associate dean (strategic initiatives). This is an opportunity for the UM science community to share ideas and issues related to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (EDIA). The Faculty’s commitment to EDIA is a commitment to continue growing and learning with and from our community. We believe that we are better together and strive to create an inclusive environment.
These informal sessions are open-ended and will focus on the topics brought by members of the community. These may include (but are NOT limited to):
- Suggestions related to EDIA issues
- Accessibility on campus
- Finding safe spaces and community
- EDIA resources at UM, and more
